An Intervention with a Broad Category 4 Focus

Here is another person’s intervention summary; this time with a Broad Category 4 focus.

Rehabilitation Goal:   I can adapt how I present myself for different social/work/school situations I will be engaging in.

Objective: I have put together 5 different sets of clean clothes I can wear to school from Monday through Friday

Rehabilitative Interventions:

• Mental health worker will instruct client as to what types of clothing are acceptable in my workplace using the student guidebook and photos taken in the commons at school.  
• Mental health worker will practice the use of communication skills in Asking for Help using demonstration and role-play.   
• Mental health worker will provide feedback on clients follow through of matching outfits to school’s dress code expectations when meeting on different days of the week during clients first month back at school.
