Question 2.

Question 3.

He is on a disability waiver beginning in January as he had a LTCC and requested MA-LTC for this month, he is a household size of 1 and spouse’s assets are not deemed after assets attributed to the spouse have been determined. For MSP’s he is a household of 2 and his spouse’s assets are deemed even though he is on a disability waiver.
