You must apply the MA-LTC annuity transfer evaluation requirement in order to determine Padma’s eligibility for MA-LTC because:

• Padma owns the annuity.

• Padma has met all of the MA and MA-LTC eligibility requirements, based on the information you have completed on Padma’s MA-LTC Case Checklist (DHS-5590).

• Padma’s annuity has been annuitized.

• Padma’s annuity is not assignable or revocable, based on information contained within Padma’s annuity contract and annuity verification. If you have questions about making this determination, please refer to the Annuities 101 course.
