Module Overview

A person must meet basic MA eligibility requirements before payment of LTC services eligibility requirements can be applied. 

Do you recall what reported and verified annuity information is used for when determining basic MA? 

The annuity information is used to determine if the annuity provides an income source and if any portion of the annuity is considered an available asset.

The MA applicant or enrollee and their spouse must comply with additional reporting and verification requirements in order to apply the additional MA-LTC annuity requirements. This module will explore these additional reporting and verification requirements.
