There are not any wrong words to use within the description of the intervention. However, some words will need supporting text to clearly indicate that the intervention was rehabilitation.
For example, the description, discussing is not, in and of itself, rehabilitation. But discussing how the distraction reduced her anxiety, better than pacing and discussing what she would do the next time she felt anxious, can describe rehabilitation.
