Special Multi-service Notes

Particularly in ACT and IRTS, the same staff may be delivering both clinical and rehabilitation interventions with recipients.

When these are separate interventions, it is easy to code or label the intervention as clinical, rehabilitation, case management or something else.

However, sometimes multiple interventions are used within the same session.

In this case, it is helpful to label your interventions and the recipient’s responses for clarity, especially if it is the only rehabilitation intervention of the day.
