Functional Assessment Review

It is especially important to update the functional assessment as it sometimes is a qualifier for services.

Additionally, there is an expectation that a recipient’s functioning will change over the course of 90-180 days.

However, what a person can do and how the mental illness impacts their functioning may have changed in small but significant ways that will guide the next treatment plan and service delivery.
