 If the policy did cover LTC services or was an LTC insurance policy, you would have checked that in the “Other Coverage” section of the “OHC/TPL” line of the MA-LTC Case Checklist (DHS-5590). There is also a spot to indicate if the LTCP process has been followed.

Isabella is exempt from asset limits based on her age. If she had protected assets under the LTCP process, these assets would remain protected when she turns 21 and has an asset limit. You would evaluate asset eligibility at that time.
