Alternative Care Covered Services
Once a person is determined eligible for the Alternative Care program she will have access to these covered services:
- Adult day services.
- Respite care.
- Homemaker services.
- Home health services.
- Case management.
- Equipment and supplies.
- Nutrition service.
- Chore service (lawn mowing, grocery delivery, snow shoveling, etc.).
- Transportation (non-medical).
- Home-delivered meals.
- Caregiver training and education.
- Environment accessibility adaptions.
- AC discretionary services.
- Personal care services.
