What is the CADI Waiver?

The Community Access for Disability Inclusion (CADI) waiver program funds home and community-based services for children and adults who are determined to need nursing facility level of care.

The CADI waiver program is administered by the DHS Disability Services Division. A person may request CADI waiver funding through their county social services, public health, managed care entity, or through some tribal health and human services agencies.
