Immigration Status
Noncitizens must document their immigration status. Based on their documentation you will determine if their status qualifies them to receive federally funded health care.
The Eligibility Policy Manual (EPM), and the flow chart for health care eligibility for noncitizens provided in the MA Fundamentals course are excellent resources to use to determine health care eligibility for a noncitizen. You may want to add the chart to your resource binder.
