Residence of Sibling
An LTCF resident’s homestead may be excluded as long as it is the residence of the LTCF resident’s sibling who provides both of the following:
- Provides a statement indicating the sibling lived in the home for at least one year immediately before the client's admission to the LTCF.
- Provides verification that the sibling has an equity interest in the home.
