4. Is Sinclair asset-eligible?

Yes, Sinclair is under the $6,000 asset limit for last month and below the $3,000 asset limit for the current month. His asset limit changes for the current month because it is the month in which he is anticipated to receive CADI services.

Note: An asset assessment is not a requirement for a married couple when one spouse is requesting MA-LTC through a disability waiver. It is only a requirement for married couples when one spouse is residing in an LTCF or requesting services through the Elderly Waiver.
