Throughout the LTC/Waiver course sequencing we will provide you with reference handouts and forms that relate to the topic being discussed. These materials will be utilized not only in this course but also in other LTC/Waiver courses, including the systems course.
We recommend that you keep and organize all LTC/Waiver materials in a binder. The policy found in these materials is current as of the date found on it. You are responsible to recycle or update materials as policies change.
If you did not choose to use the Handout Print Packet, provided in the Introduction to LTCFs and Waivers course, to print handouts for this course, click on the icon below to access and print all materials that will be referenced throughout this course.
(PDF).You must have the five training cases available. You printed these materials before starting the MA-LTC series of online courses or in the MA-LTC Basics course. If you do not have the five LTC training case packets, you can print them by:
- Returning to MA-LTC Basics course to print them.
- Navigating to the MA LTC section of the Health Care Training Toolkit site in SIR. You can find them under LTC Course Caseload
