Although Jaylen receives a Veteran’s Improved Pension, the home maintenance allowance is used for three calendar months because it allows more income to be deducted. In the fourth month, change the needs allowance to the Clothing and Personal Needs Allowance since it exceeds the Veteran’s Improved Pension needs allowance.
