Beginning an LTC Income Calculation – No Community Spouse

Let’s start our discussion of when to begin an LTC income calculation with clients who do not have a community spouse.  To determine when to begin the LTC income calculation for people without a community spouse determine if the client was already receiving LTC services prior to admittance to an LTCF or receiving EW services.
