Eligibility tab data
The Eligibility tab lists all of the information that was documented in the MnCHOICES Assessment. This includes both information used to calculate potential service eligibility plus the current results of the eligibility summary.
As long as the Assessment is open, the Assessor can log in to the Assessment and make edits to this data. After making edits in the Assessment, re-run eligibility. Any edits made in the Assessment will be automatically copied over to the CSP.
Once the Assessment is closed, the data in the Eligibility tab is locked, and no additional edits can be made. Because the Assessment must be closed before the CSSP is created, the Eligibility tab’s data cannot be edited after the CSSP has been created.
There are several sections which are duplicated on this screen. The contents of the Eligibility tab do not show up on the printed CSP or CSSP.

Search
To search for a word or phrase on the current page, hold down the Control key and press the F key (Ctrl + F). Enter your search text in the text field that appears at the top of the screen.
Browser settings
To increase or decrease the size of the print on the screen use your browser setting to change the zoom. To change your screen display, on the right hand side of the URL choose
Internet Explorer and Edge: The magnifying glass with a plus sign will allow you to increase and decrease the “zoom” on your screen display.
Chrome: The ellipsis will bring up a menu of options. Choose zoom to change your screen display.
