This section contains the data that was documented in the Referrals and Goals question groups, which are at the end of most of the domains of the Assessment.
If the Certified Assessor marked any of the check boxes in the Referrals and Goals question group for a particular domain, you will see a shaded section underneath the domain name. Following the needed referral will be any notes which were entered by the Assessor.
If no need for a referral was documented for a particular domain, you will not see anything listed below the name of that domain.
The data in this section can be edited in the Assessment application as long as the Assessment has an open status. The edits are automatically copied over to the CSP.
Because the Assessment must be closed in order to create a CSSP, once the CSSP has been created, it is no longer possible to edit the data in this section.
The Referrals Needed section for each domain will print in the CSP.
